Acceptable Use Policy

Rules protecting recipients, customers, infrastructure, and sender reputation.

Effective: June 29, 2026

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy governs all use of ReachFlow, including accounts, campaigns, automations, templates, forms, imports, integrations, and sender identities. It supplements the Terms of Service and Anti-Spam Policy.

2. Illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity

You may not use ReachFlow to create, upload, promote, facilitate, or distribute content or activity that:

  • violates any law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
  • is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or unlawfully discriminatory;
  • contains or distributes malware, ransomware, spyware, malicious code, or credential-harvesting tools;
  • impersonates another person or organization or misrepresents affiliation or endorsement;
  • facilitates phishing, scams, pyramid schemes, advance-fee fraud, or deceptive financial activity;
  • exploits or endangers children or depicts unlawful sexual content;
  • promotes illegal goods, illegal services, or instructions designed to enable unlawful harm.

3. Messaging abuse

You may not send unsolicited bulk email, use prohibited lists, conceal sender identity, bypass opt-outs, evade suppression controls, artificially generate engagement, or use multiple accounts, domains, or IPs to avoid enforcement or reputation limits.

4. Security and platform integrity

You may not:

  • probe, scan, test, or exploit vulnerabilities without written authorization;
  • interfere with service operation, overload systems, or circumvent quotas or access controls;
  • reverse engineer, copy, resell, or provide unauthorized access to the service;
  • use automated means to access the service except through documented and authorized interfaces;
  • upload secrets, regulated data, or highly sensitive information not reasonably required for email marketing.

5. High-risk and restricted use

ReachFlow may restrict or prohibit use involving industries, products, content, or practices that create unusually high legal, fraud, complaint, or deliverability risk. We may require additional verification or written approval before permitting such use.

Unless expressly approved in writing, ReachFlow must not be used for unlawful gambling, unlicensed financial services, deceptive cryptocurrency promotions, illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, adult sexual services, counterfeit goods, or lead-generation schemes that lack verifiable consent.

6. Intellectual property and privacy

You must have all necessary rights to use content, trademarks, images, personal information, and recipient data. You may not disclose private or confidential information without authorization or use tracking technologies in violation of applicable law.

7. Resource use

You must not use the service in a way that unreasonably consumes resources, degrades performance, damages shared reputation, or interferes with other customers. We may impose limits, throttling, or technical controls to protect service integrity.

8. Monitoring and investigation

We may review metadata, complaint signals, sending patterns, account configuration, and content where reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate abuse, respond to complaints, comply with law, and enforce our policies.

9. Enforcement and appeals

We may remove content, reject messages, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, or terminate access based on severity and risk. You may request review by contacting support@pixelcode.ca, but continued access during review is not guaranteed.
